It is very good news for Sinar Teknik Urus Harta when the Ministry of Health (KKM) has agreed to accept a tender offer from our company for a contract period of 5 years starting from 1st September 2022 until 31 August 2027. The tender is for Perkhidmatan Sokongan Klinik (PSK) Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia di Negeri Kelantan.
The services included are fems (Civil, Mechanical & Electrical), cleansing, landscape and also pest control. There are 12 clinics involved which are Klinik Kesihatan Kota Bharu, Pengkalan Chepa, Tumpat, Wakaf Bharu, Meranti, Mahligai, Kuala Balah, Gua Musang, Bachok, Kuala Krai, Pasir Mas and also Klinik Pergigian Kota Bharu.
We are very pleased to accept the tender offer and we are determined to give our best services during the time period. The Letter of Award (LOA) has been signed by our CEO, Tuan Haji Abd Karim and also our COO, Puan Nora Amira at KKM headquarters in Kuala Lumpur. This is our second project under the Ministry of Health and surely we will give our best during these 5 years.
